Post season, cherries are sold frozen in 4 gallon pails.  This gives you 25 pounds of washed, sorted and pitted cherries topped with 5 pounds of sugar.  At this time, cherries are not available without sugar.  Please contact us at 503-662-3926 for price and hours of availability.

Sweetheart dark sweet cherries were not available this year.  Look for them next season in late July.

We've passed a milestone and our 2008 cherry season is a pleasant memory.  As Fruithill begins hazelnut and wine grape harvests, we have packed plums in several forms.  The most popular form is pitted and halved.  Though we also pack diced plums, Elliott-pitted plums and plum puree, it is the pitted and halved product that is probably best suited for baking and snacking.  Pitted and halved Italian purple plums are available fresh and frozen in 25-pound, 4-gallon pails without additional ingredients.  As we always say in the case of cherries, please contact us before coming to purchase a fruit product from us to be sure we will have what you need on the day you want it.
